Shipping Methods

In addition to the classic mail delivery, we also offer Print@Home tickets for some events. Tickets for the Wacken Open Air are automatically transferred to the Wacken Ticketcenter. The available options will be displayed during the order process.

Print@Home Shipping

The Print@Home tickets will be sent to you as a .PDF file with the payment confirmation email. To open the file, you may need the Adobe Reader. Print the ticket on white A4 paper and bring the entire sheet to the concert.

Printing at home reduces a large portion of logistics costs, and you get your ticket faster!

Mail Shipping

After the payment is received, we will send the tickets via a postal service provider. You can find the shipping costs in the table below.

Wacken Ticketcenter

Tickets for the Wacken Open Air are automatically transferred to the Wacken Ticketcenter when they are paid. You can register there or log in if you are already registered. Please note that you must use the same email address for the order as you use in the Ticketcenter.

Many tickets, such as the hardcover festival tickets, are only available via mail shipping!
